Block and Cleaver are fully EEC approved (UK 2166 EC) which cover us for the import
and export of all meat products in and out of the UK and we are also SALSA accredited
(Safe and Local supplier approval).

We have acquired Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification demonstrates our commitment to producing and trading in safe food.

SALSA Approved
We are proud to achieve the SALSA standard proving our ability to produce and supply safe and legal food.

Block & Cleaver is the brainchild of founder and managing director Glenn Preston, whose passion for bespoke butchery began at the young age of 15.
He quickly discovered his talent for the craft, honing his skills across various aspects of the butchery trade and fostering strong customer relationships along the way.
